Purchasing Zuri Natural Products Eligibility to order criteria: To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must: (a) be aged 18 or older; and (b) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card. You may only purchase products: •Available for sale, the details of which appear on Zuri Natural Online Store; and •For personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. Zuri Natural reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by Zuri Natural. Zuri Natural will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on the Zuri Natural Online Store are correct; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Zuri Natural does not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Zuri Natural Online Store are accurate, complete, or current. Although we aim to keep the Zuri Natural Online Store as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the Zuri Natural Online Store at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy. 2. Payment You may pay using any of the methods specified in the payment section of the site. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 3. Ordering Products: You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site and through Paypal. Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the "Checkout" button at the end of the checkout process. •You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order through Paypal. •A contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Zuri Natural only upon those products being shipped to you. •We make our products fresh to order and we are even able to tailor make orders if this is required. We always aim to give a professional, friendly and personable service! •We will try to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Sometimes we may not be able to do this. Since we make everything fresh, we sometimes experience delays, but we will let you know by email or phone if that is the case. •We send out orders by first class post, and large packages through Parcelforce which takes 2-4 days (Heavy packages will always go by Parcelforce). If you have not received your products within 5 working days, please let us know, and we will sort it out! 4. Acceptance Zuri Natural may refuse or be unable to process your order if: 1. The product you ordered is discontinued, no longer available, or out of stock. 2. Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price 3. We suspect fraudulent activity or violation of Zuri Natural's Terms and Conditions or if we identify a product or pricing error. 4. You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out at the beginning of this section. 5. Refunds, Exchanges and Returns If you are not satisfied with any Zuri Natural product, or had a problem with your delivery, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. We always like to know what went wrong, and if we can fix it, we will! You are entitled to cancel your order with us within 7 days of receiving your products. Please do so in writing, and refer to the more detailed information below. If you do return products to us, and all the conditions below are fulfilled, we will refund you within 30 days. We do not refund delivery charges. Please note that we will only refund unopened and unused products. Please note that if you are shopping with us from abroad, you should know that by shopping with us, you agree to be bound by UK laws at all times. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations"), UK customers have the right to cancel an order placed with us within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the goods. This does not include items that have been personalised or made to your specifications; video recordings, food or other items that you have unsealed; or cost of carriage. The Regulations are designed to protect consumers when buying products by mail order or over the internet as opposed to in person in a shop. To cancel an order under the Regulations you must notify us in writing by first-class post, fax, or e-mail, quoting your name, address and contact telephone number. However, there are certain important conditions and limitations. Please read them carefully. These are: I.Cancellation must be in writing, by first class post, fax, or e-mail. A telephone call is not sufficient. II.You must return the goods to us AT YOUR EXPENSE (including all packaging, product boxes, etc.) unopened and in exactly the same condition in which the goods were supplied to you. This means that you must not destroy or dispose of the packaging in which the goods are supplied until you know that you do not intend to return the goods. III.Please note that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt. You are liable for the goods until they are delivered to us, and we will not reimburse you until the goods are returned to us in good (fit for resale) condition. We strongly advise you to use a recorded and tracked delivery service for this purpose in order to be sure that any goods returned are delivered safely to us. IV.If goods returned to us have been damaged in transit, we will not refund any money. If we reasonable believe the goods to have been opened, we will not refund any money. We will tell you this in writing by letter, fax, or e-mail. The goods will then be kept at our premises for 90 days from the date of that written notice, after which time we will dispose of them without any further notice to you. You may collect the goods from us before the expiry of the 90-day period, if you wish, or you may pay us to return them to you as long as you tell us in writing before the expiry of the 90-day period. ANY GOODS RETURNED TO US ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL DELIVERED TO OUR WAREHOUSE. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. We therefore recommend that you use the Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery service to return goods to us well wrapped. Please contact us to discuss a return BEFORE you send anything. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please note: •You will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order. •You will be refunded the product price or exchange the product once the product is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will not be given unless the products returned are incorrect or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state. •Once the packaging of a product has been opened or the product is returned by you other than in fully saleable condition, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they were delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state •Where you return the product to us via parcel carrier, we will reimburse your carrier costs provided you send back, together with the product, a receipt evidencing those costs. 6. Title to Goods Zuri Natural retains the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you. 7. Delivery Zuri Natural aims to dispatch your goods within 3 working days and will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Orders are processed and delivered on UK postal working days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays). Currently, zurinatural.com offers you Standard Delivery at £2.99 for orders under £30. *Offer of “free delivery over £30” applies to street addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands or any International address on this offer. We are currently able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address. We will always use the most appropriate delivery method possible. 8. Acceptance of Goods Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you are returning the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure above. If no such action is taken, Zuri Natural shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. 9. General Zuri Natural reserves the right to: •Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Zuri Natural Online Store (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you; Zuri Natural shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal; and/or •Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Zuri Natural Online Store (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Zuri Natural Online Store. •If Zuri Natural should change these Conditions, your order will be subject to the Terms and Conditions at the Date and time of you placing your order. 10. Intellectual Property All content available on the Zuri Natural Online Store, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of Zuri Natural, its affiliates, partners or licensors. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered marks of Zuri Natural, its affiliates, licensors or partners, in England and other countries, and are protected by English and international trademark laws. Neither the Content, the Trademarks, nor any other portion of the Zuri Natural Online Store may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without that company's prior written consent. 11. Disclaimer: Zuri Natural products are for external use only and are not intended for consumption, nor are they designed to serve purposes other than hair care and/or skin care. Zuri Natural is not responsible for the use of its products in a manner other than directed on the instructions printed on each product label and/or instruction (direction of use) leaflet. Our products are handmade fresh, slight differences in scent, texture or colour may occur from batch to batch. Information given on zurinatural.com as to what some ingredients may offer is provided for your general knowledge and interest; ingredients may or may not perform as suggested. All of Zuri Natural products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent disease. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a General Practitioner or Physician. Exercise caution when using products containing essential oils. Due to the nature of our ingredients, we are not responsible for the type of storage used by a third party shipping/courier services. Nor are we responsible for temperature fluctuations throughout the course of the delivery via the third party. We cannot guarantee the condition in which your selected product(s) arrives to its final destination - i.e.: when you receive you order. In accordance to the Sale of Goods Act 1979 a claim for a refund cannot be issued if the goods have been consumed or otherwise used.
